San Francisco: The Night Tour

I’ve already ranted about the night tour so this will be brief… Actually, I don’t have a great camera so the pictures wont be that great either, why am I doing this post?

I loved the night tour in DC, so I hopped straight on the one here in SF hoping to see one of my favourite sites in the world: City landscape lit up at night.
I wasn’t disappointed. San Francisco is beautiful during the day, and even more so at night. The night tour took us across the Bay bridge (The “Jealous older brother of the Golden Gate”) and showed us San Fran all lit up from across the bay. The Ferry Building with the very prominent “Port of San Francisco” was absolutely gorgeous. I know, I’m weird, deal with it 😉

Like I’ve already said, I definitely recommend doing this, but dress for winter, it’s freezing when you cross the bridge.

And yet more architecture

This used to be a shop, then a home and now it’s a museum-shop

According to “legend” a man built these two identical houses for his two daughters, so they would stay close to him after they got married. After he gave them the houses as a wedding present, they each sold their house and moved away… Bitches…
